Conference participants are required to arrange and book their accommodation independently.

However, a limited number of single, double and triple rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Eureka Hotel. These rooms can be booked directly from the hotel using a dedicated password: DEAClub2026, and will remain available until the end of March. After this date, any unbooked rooms will be released. Participants who do not wish to use this option are advised to arrange accommodation independently using standard booking platforms such as Booking.com or Trivago.
