Registration rules in force at the Department

Dear Student, 

You simply need to know these rules! 

At GUT, there is a semester system of settling your learning progress, measured by the number of ECTS points obtained and the completion of compulsory training. 

After the end of the examination session (basic and re-sit - see ORGANIZATION OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024), we will check the status of ECTS points you have obtained and your credit score debt based on the reports of tests/exams provided by academic teachers. 

On the basis of: 

  1. The Regulation of Studies at Gdańsk University of Technology (pdf, 537.51kB) 
  2. Ordinance of the Dean no. 17/11/2023 regarding the introduction of the principles of the registration of students for the next term at FMEST, GdanskTech (pdf, 1.18MB) 
The Vice-Dean will make a decision regarding your further career as a student. 

How to get registered? How does it look in practice? Please read the above. documents! 

Where can you find an application for registration and how to submit it? 

  1. REMEMBER! You have a specific time to submit an application for registration, which is defined in the organization of the academic year 
  2. Log in to your account in the MojaPG system 
  3. In the Documents --- eDocuments tab, select the appropriate course and use the Add button 
  4. Select Registration Application, complete, sign and send 
  5. The stages of application processing are constantly visible in the Moja PG system 

After the Vice-Dean has considered the application, changes regarding registration/student status will be visible in the GUT system. 

If you have any doubts, the Dean's Office employees will be happy to provide you with detailed information. 

WITHDRAWAL FROM STUDY

If, for any reason, you do not intend to continue your studies in your current field of study, you must submit a declaration of resignation from continuing your studies. We would like to inform you that in connection with the order of the Rector of GUT No. 39/2023 of September 1, 2023, from October 1, 2023, in administrative proceedings regarding removal from the list of students, we only use the university's Moja PG system - KPA Documents module - to submit and deliver letters.
