Implemented research projects (expertise):
- damage accumulation and fracture of structural elements under complex loading conditions,
- finite element modelling of deformation and fracture of the mesostructure of porous materials (including metamaterials) using microtomography,
- experimental research and modelling of interactions between damage caused by creep and fatigue of materials,
- fracture criteria for notched elements under complex loading conditions, including at elevated and reduced temperatures,
- modelling of fracture of heterogeneous and anisotropic materials on the example of fibre composites and wood.
