Nationwide Virtual Open Day of Gdańsk University of Technology | Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology at the Gdańsk University of Technology

Gdańsk University of Technology would like to invite high-school graduates, parents and teachers to Nationwide Virtual Open Day of Gdańsk University of Technology which starts on March 19, at 9:00.

The Open Day will start with a live coverage of a meeting arranged in the University's Main Building. "Good Day with GUT" is a morning show broadcasted on GUT's Youtube channel and Facebook page, featuring students, graduates and academic teachers. The guest will talk about the studies at GUT, they will present 1st and 2nd degree study course offer, they will also talk about the professional success of our graduates.

The meeting will be a great opportunity to present the results of the Pomeranian Ranking of High Schools Perspektywy 2021 and to award the winning schoold. Pomeranian School Superintendent, representatives of Perspektywy Educational Foundation and school principals will share some clues on how to become the best school in the region.

GUT Virtual Open Day is a unique opportunity to hold a virtual meeting with the academic community of GUT. Within the specially prepared chat sessions, workshops and webinars, you will have a chance to talk directly with students and academic teachers, you will find out what studying at GUT is all about and which faculty you should choose. Teachers from the Center for Teaching Maths and Remote Education will show you some simple (and fast) methods of solving difficult mathematical problems that can appear during the Matura exams this year.

The event was taken under the honorary patronage of Pomeranian School Superintendent.
