Apart from various activities organizes in cooperation with Santander Universidades in previous years, this is the first grant program offering students financial prizes for their exceptional achievements. "Our mission and objective rest in supporting students in their development – not only substantially, but also financially. We are aware that efficient development does not only require time and effort, but also financial expense. We want to award students whose attitude and achievements set an example for the members of the academic community" – says Mariola Piskorska, manager of the relation unit for  Santander Universidades at GUT.
