TRA Visions 2022 Young Researcher Competition Invitation | Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology at the Gdańsk University of Technology

TRA VISIONS project is organising a competition for young transport researchers: we are looking for students in their final year of Master or first years of PhD. The competition covers 5 modes of transport, namely Road, Rail, Waterborne, Airborne and  Cross-modality. Single students or groups can submit their project to one of these categories and win up to 5000 Euro (first place prize). The finalists for each mode will be invited to the TRA Conference in Lisbon (Autumn 2022) and receive their prizes amidst representatives of industry, EU Commission and other stakeholders of the field.

We would like to invite you to our launch events for TRA VISIONS 2022 Competition! This year, we are arranging a series of 30-minute online webinar, to inform students of the opportunities offered by taking part in the competition. We will break down the TRA Visions Young Researcher Competition regulation and application process, and provide further details that aspiring participants need to know.

What are we looking for?

Students from any faculty and background who have innovative ideas that have applications in one of the abovementioned modes of transportation are welcome to apply to TRA VISIONS.
