Graduates of the post-graduate studies "ISO standards and management through quality (TQM)" will gain necessary knowledge on the modern methods of managing organizations. They also gain skills allowing them to perform the duties of a manager's representative for management systems on the basis of the obtained competences: quality manager and/or internal quality management auditor, environmental management, health and safety management confirmed by appropriate certificates.

Subjects of the course:

– fundamentals of quality management systems,
– quality management systems vs company/organization's strategy, 
– quality management systems based on ISO norms series 9000, requirements ISO 9001:2015,
– environmental management based on ISO norms series 14000, requirements ISO 14001:2015,
– management of health and safety in compliance with ISO 45001:2018 standard,
– management of information safety in compliance with ISO 27001 standard, 
– risk management in compliance with ISO 31000 standard,
– management of foodstuff safety, ISO 22000 (HACCP) standards, 
– energy management in compliance with ISO 50001 standard, 
– AQAP (NATO quality assurance requirements) – risk management,
– Total Quality Management (TQM), 
– management of projects and processes,
– legal regulations regarding quality (EU technical directives, CE marking),
– quality costs,
– tools for integrated management systems,
– computer-aided documentation of quality management systems,
– quality improvement and design methods (QFD, SIX-SIGMA, FMEA), 
– quality control and statistical methods (SPC…),
– auditing management systems, 
– certification and accreditation.
