LIVING LAB GUT research group invites the university's staff for training
Interdisciplinary research group LIVING LAB GUT organizes a training for the employees of Gdańsk University of Technology entitled “Near infrared spectroscopy and hyperspectral imaging for characterization of biological materials”. The training will be held between 18-22 October and it will be conducted by Jakub Sandak, PhD, DSc, ME a scientist and world-renowned specialist from InnoRenew CoE (Slovenia).

If you are interested in participating in the training, please contact Daniel Chuchała, PhD, ME (danchuch@pg.edu.pl). The number of places is limited and members of LL GUT group have preference. Deadline for applications is October 1, 2021, 15:00. 

About the group

LIVING LAB GUT is aimed at associating scientific personel of the GUT whose research activities are focused on the analysis of wood and wood-derived materials and their machining and processing, or analysis of the natural polymers composing wood. 

Members of the group can conduct their research activities in cooperation with scientists and representatives of industry associated within the research network Living Lab InnoRenew (LL IR), created by the Scientific Institute InnoRenew CoE, Izola, Slovenia (IR). LL GUT group representing GUT in LL IR functions within the network with Golden Membership package allowing the access to a wide offer of InnoRenew CoE, including for example training and research visits at InnoRenew or numerous trainings and workshops.

The training will be conducted using research equipment of InnoRenew CoE. Complete schedule will be available by October.

Interdisciplinary Research Group LIVING LAB GUT (LL GUT) was appointed with the acceptance of the GUT Rector within the project Golden Membership in Living Lab InnoRenew within the program Hydrogenium Supporting Membership In International Networks (former Joining Networks) announded by the Team for the Realization of the IDUB Project at GUT.
