The first students of the Smart Renewable Energy Engineering program.

During the meeting, students received key information about the program, opportunities to choose different development paths, and potential employment, internship, and traineeship options. The session concluded with a Q&A.
“Throughout the program, students will gain knowledge in modern wind energy and renewable energy, including digital technologies, artificial intelligence and data analysis, offshore wind farms, energy storage, sustainable development, global energy policies, as well as economics and project management in the renewable energy sector,” emphasized Dr. Hossein Ghaemi, Professor at the Institute of Shipbuilding.
Modern Energy
DigiWind – Digital Masters of Wind and Energy Systems is a project funded by the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), aimed at redefining education in the field of renewable energy. With a mission to support Europe’s digital and ecological transformation, DigiWind offers interdisciplinary Specialist Education Programs designed to train STEM professionals in wind and energy systems.

As part of DigiWind, postgraduate studies in Digital Skills for Wind Energy Systems and specialized modular courses will also be launched. The project is under the industry patronage of PGE Baltica.
