PULA - Platform for Improving Logistics and Activity

Platform for Improving Logistics and Activity, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology, Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.
A Polish–Ukrainian educational initiative established through the cooperation of Gdańsk University of Technology (PG) and Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University (KNAHU). The project aims to strengthen international collaboration in transport and logistics education while preparing future professionals to meet European standards in sustainable mobility, digitalization, and intelligent transport systems.

The initiative focuses on building a long-term platform for cooperation between students, academic staff, and researchers by promoting knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary learning, and the development of digital competencies. Through workshops, study visits, joint activities, and academic collaboration, participants gain practical insight into modern transport systems, multimodal logistics, and the role of strategic transport corridors within the European Union.

PULA also supports the development of intercultural competencies and professional networks between Poland and Ukraine. By connecting young specialists interested in transport engineering, logistics, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), the project contributes to improving the quality of technical education and supports Ukraine's closer integration with the European transport network, including the TEN-T framework.

The long-term vision of PULA is to create lasting academic partnerships that encourage innovation, collaborative research, and the exchange of best practices, helping educate the next generation of transport and logistics professionals capable of addressing future mobility challenges.
