A transfret of the student is possible after the end of the first semester, assuming that the registration conditions for the second semester are fulfilled, i.e. with a debt not exceeding 12 ECTS.
To do that student should submit an application at least 30 days before the start of the next semester.
Student, who would like to transfer from a different field of study on the same faculty or transfering form of studies should submit an application on Moja PG system via eDocuments.
Student, who would like to transfer from another faculty should submit an application on Moja PG system via eDocuments with the following attachments:
- permission of the Dean of the faculty from which student would like to transfer from,
- study process card certified by the person empowered by the Rector.
After analyzing the program, plan, status of studies and achieved learning outcomes, the authorized person makes a decision regarding transfer, indicates the semester of the student's registration and determines any possible program differences and the deadlines for passing them.
In case of a negative decision Dean informs the student about it through Moja PG system.Student has has the right to submit a written appeal against the decision of an authorized person to the Vice-Rector for educion. Rector’s decision is final.
