Abstracts
An abstract (250–300 words) should be prepared in English (Polish also acceptable) by 15.05.2026, and uploaded at the conference web site, during registration. The template for preparing the abstracts is HERE
Papers
Accepted papers will be presented at the plenary or poster sessions, and the abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
Full texts of these papers may be published in the English language in Polish Open Access tribology journal TRIBOLOGIA (https://t.tribologia.eu/cms/scientificcouncil ) - free of charge for conference participants. Papers should be prepared according to the editorial guidelines, available on the journal's website: https://t.tribologia.eu/cms/forauthorsinfo. Submitted papers are subject to peer review according to the publisher's established procedures.
Posters
Please prepare a one-page presentation on your proposed topic as a poster. Please prepare this slide not as a presentation of results or analyses, but rather to encourage conference attendees to pay attention to your topic and attract interested participants to your poster. These presentations will be presented at the beginning of the poster session. The template can be found HERE. Please send the completed templates to our conference email address (tribologia2026.wimio@pg.edu.pl) by August 31, 2026.
Posters presented during the conference should be prepared in A1 format.

15.10.2026 – submission of the papers to Tribologia journal – for those wishing to publish.
