Registration Fee

The registration fee is 600 PLN (150 €) per participant. It will cover costs of book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, and the Symposium events.

Depending on the transaction currency, the payment should be made to the following account:

Bank transfer title: First name and surname of the conference participant

Employees of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology should make the payment by indicating the source of funding and sending the consent of the fund administrator to charge the payment source with the amount (via email).

If a VAT invoice is required, please provide the following information:

  • First name and surname of the conference participant
  • Name of the institution
  • Institution address
  • Tax Identification Number (NIP)

The final deadline for issuing a VAT invoice is 15/06/2026; after this date, it will no longer be possible.
