Apprenticeship program Kierunek ORLEN is now recruiting
We offer more than 40 apprenticeship posts within various specializations and courses: science, economy, humanities. During the apprenticeship you will be given a chance to participate in exceptional projects realized on a scale that is not available anywhere else: development of energy production, areas of design and production innovation, purchase, logistics and sales processes, working with new technologies, projects connected with the protection of environment, innovative implementation in petrol station network, participaton in development of business processes, new engineering or finance solutions, or marketing projects.
The offer is directed to the citizens of the whole country, since we selected a wide array of ORLEN companies participating in the current edition of the program: PKN ORLEN, Anwil, Orlen CUK, Orlen Laboratorium, Orlen Paliwa, Orlen Południe and companies belonging to Energa Group company: Energa OZE, Energa Enspirion. Even though the teams that are looking for apprentices are located in 10 different cities, some apprenticeship works can be completed in a hybryd mode, which allows our apprentices to gain experience regardless of their place of residence.
Each apprenticeship lasts 6 months, they start in July and are paid. They offer the possibility of gaining professional skills, personal development with the support of an individual consuelor and will allow you to improve your soft skills within group workshops to be organized for the apprentices.
The application forms can be sent by May 3, in response to the apprentieship offers published in the Career tab on PKN ORLEN website and on the websites of companies participating in the current edition of the apprenticeship program.
