With a great regret we received the information about passing away of Tadeusz Krzysztofowicz, PhD, ME on 11 May 2021.

Throughout the majority of his professional life he was associated with the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology, and later with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Gdańsk University of Technology. A role model and teacher of many generations of students. He was awarded with the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.

We bid our farewell to a great pedagogue, a man of culture and wide knowledge, who left a lasting contribution in the development of Gdańsk University of Technology.

The Dean and members of the staff of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology would like to offer their condolences to the family of the deceased.

Funeral mass will be held on 15.05.2021 at 7:30 in St. Stanisław Kostka church in Gdańsk Oliwa, ul. Abrahama. Funeral service will be held on the same day at 9:00 at Łostowicki Cemetary in Gdańsk.
