Polonium

The aim of the Polonium programme is to enhance the effectiveness of the university in attracting the most talented candidates to the Doctoral School at Gdańsk University of Technology.

Eligibility:

• Open to first- and second-year doctoral students.
• The scholarship is 2,500 PLN gross per month and is awarded for a maximum period of 12 months.

Francium

The Francium programme provides merit-based scholarships to outstanding participants of the Doctoral School, particularly those conducting research in international collaboration.

Eligibility:

• Open to third- and fourth-year doctoral students.
• The merit-based scholarship is up to 4,000 PLN gross per month.
• The scholarship is awarded for 12 months for a given academic year.

• Applications for the programmes are open until 6th January 2025.
• Applications can be submitted via the My PG portal in the Grants module.
