Siemens Prize Competition

Warsaw University of Technology and Siemens Sp. z o.o. invite scientists, research teams and graduates of 1st and 2nd degree courses to participate in the Siemens Prize Competition. The applications are accepted until 30 June 2021.

Siemens Prize Competition identifie exceptionally talented scientists, research teams and graduates of BSc and MSc courses from the whole country. Winning projects, reflecting the needs of market and economy - apart from a substantial financial prize - will get a chance for launching and practical application within technological solutions offered by Siemens Company.

The deadline for submitting the ideas for first Polish edition of James Dyson Award competition expires on 30 June 2021. Your ideas can win money prizes from 10 to 152 thousand PLN and support from Dyson's experts in their realization. Share your ideas and apply for the competition. Another step towards the sea. Gdańsk Tech puts off-shore wind energy forward

Moreover, GUT will soon initiate the launching of R&D unit GUT Center for Off-Shore Wind Energy which will closely cooperate with the marine industry through widely understood research for external enterprises.
On Tuesday, May 18 the authorities of Gdańsk University of Technology signed a cooperation agreement with Danish Technical University, Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IMP PAN) and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna. Thanks to this agreement, students and researchers of the GUT will gain yet another possibility of exchanging the knowledge, conducting joint research and professional development in the area of the off-shore wind energy.

Gdańsk Tech being a leading science and research institution in the area of ocean technlogy in Poland, faces the market trends and decides to increase the knowledge and competence of its students and scientific staff to even larger extent.

Summer and spring online meetings with employers - Terma Sp. z o.o.

Gdańsk Tech Career Office would like to invite you to participate in online meeting with the representatives of Terma Sp. z o.o. company, which will be held within the event entitled "Summer and spring online meetings with employers".

The meeting entitled "How to start your career in Terma" will take place on 27 May, from 14:00 to 15:30. The event aims to present the possibilities of starting summer apprenticeship in the period spanning from June to the end of September 2021.
