Results of the competition for students' projects

First competition for financing students'projects at the faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology has been settled.

The Faculty Committee, after careful and analysis of the content of the filed requests reached their decision assessing each of the criteria in the evaluation sheet. The Committee recommended that 5 out of 6 requests filed in the competition will be eligible for financing. The dean of the Faculty, professor Andrzej Seweryn accepted the Committee's recomendations.

Agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation between GUT Faculty of MEST and PRS

On 22 April 2021, the dean of the Facult of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology professor Andrzej Seweryn PhD, DSc, ME and member of the PRS Board Dariusz Rudziński signed an agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation in relation with opening a new study course - Design and Construction of Yachts. The agreement is intended to ensure the cooperation of the Faculty and PRS in order to increase the quality of teaching and introducing the elements of the practical knowledge on design and construction of yachts into the didactic process.

Apprenticeship program - "Energy for the Future" - edition VI now open for application

Students can now apply for the sixth edition of the Apprenticeship program "Energy for the Future" organized by the Ministry of Climate and Environment, Polish Energy Group Ltd, Polish Electrical Energy Grid Ltd, Polish Oil Concern ORLEN Ltd and Polish Oil and Gas Mining Ltd.

The program is open for application by May 15, 2021.
